Your appointment is very important to us and is reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedules change and adjustments are necessary;
therefore, we respectfully request at LEAST 24 hours notice for cancellations. This ensures that we have the opportunity to fill that appointment time with clients who may be on a waitlist.
A credit card may be required to hold your appointment.
Appointments cancelled after 24 hours or for clients that are a "no-show" will incur a charge of 50% of the service amount.
