Nicole
Hi there friends! My name is Nicole Chirelli and I’ve been a lover of hair for as long as I can remember. I believe that there is something so special about making others not only look, but also feel their best.
A little hair history about me: I attended cosmetology school at Paul Mitchell the School Jersey Shore and graduated in 2013, and I have continued perfecting my craft ever since. I believe that the best stylists never stop learning, so staying up to date with new techniques has always been important to me!
I specialize in low maintenance color and blondes, and I spend most of my time behind the chair using foiling and balayage techniques that give clients the perfect color that stands the test of time. My main goal is to always create a color that not only looks beautiful when you leave my chair, but also continues to look beautiful for months to come!
While I specialize mainly in these techniques, I offer many other services including a large variety of coloring services, haircuts, event styling, and my speciality beach wave blowout! I have an overall natural style and I love bringing out and emphasizing features that are already so beautiful about my clients. I look forward to seeing you soon here at Studio on Willow!
Becky
My love of hair began over ten years ago after leaving business school in New York City. Since then, I have made it my passion. I have received certifications from L'Oreal Expert, Global Keratin, Kerastase, Foundations of Balayage, Arrojo American Wave, and Advanced Extension Brands. I also have an expanded skill set with various hair types, and am always striving for more. I am proud to be able to give back to the community through volunteering and organizing local fundraising events. I believe that translates into my work. I am honored to start my journey at Studio on Willow with such a talented team. I'm ready to make your hair shine. Whether it is a color transformation or an event style, I'm here to help!
Lindsey
Hi! My name is Lindsey. I have been a hairstylist for 8+ years now. I have had a passion for hairstyling ever since I was young. My first salon job was Warren Tricomi, where I learned how to precision dry haircut and trained under master colorists. I specialize in all methods of permanent extensions: tape-ins, sew-in wefts, beads, and keratin bonds. I also specialize in bridal hair, braiding, and event styling. My profession has allowed me to travel, providing me the opportunity to service dignitary clientele. I take great pride in my work and truly love what I do every day, my work will absolutely speak for itself.
Megan
Hi! My name is Megan. I have been working in salons for the better part of my life. If you ask me, I have the best career in the world. I love making my customers look and feel beautiful, and helping them express who they are with their hair. I love the connections that I build with my clients. I couldn’t picture myself doing anything else.
While I strive to meet any of your hair needs, I specialize in baby lights, balayage, corrective color, and fantasy colors. I am also passionate about hair cutting and styling. I have a niche for men’s haircuts and bridal work. My favorite part about working with my brides is when I secure the veil in place. The bride and I always both shed a tear or two.
I do believe that education is the core of our industry. I have been a proud Loreal Professionnel artist for the last 5 years, traveling the country to learn and share the latest techniques and trends.
When I’m not at work, I’m with my big family. We have a blended family with FIVE kids. Call me crazy, but I love taking them to the beach. The creative side in me can always get into a fun craft... and I always enjoy a good book and a good glass of wine.

Hi I’m Lacee! I have been in the beauty industry since 2001 and I always knew this would be my craft! My passion is to create beautiful everyday hair. My customized foilayge technique creates the most natural lived-in color for a low maintenance upkeep. I do believe education is the tool for growth as the trends are forever changing. I take pride in listening to my guests' hair goals, making them a reality, and LOVE having multiple bosses in my chair daily! Making people feel beautiful on the outside is just a small part of why I love my craft. Each day is a different adventure. Making a connection with people that I wouldn’t otherwise have met has become such a value to me.

Hi I'm Francesca! I graduated from the Salon Professional Academy in 2018 and have such a passion and love for hair.
I am extremely family-oriented and come from a huge family for which I am truly blessed!
For my whole life, I struggled with frizz and having extremely curly hair. Discovering smoothing systems changed my hair life forever. Because of that, I strive to find all my curly-haired clients the smoothing system that will suit them best. I also have a passion for color, balayage, highlights, and ensuring my clients achieve the blonde of their dreams, while preserving the integrity of their hair. I also do layered and texturized cuts.
I’m so excited to kickstart my hair journey and will always continue to educate myself! I look forward to meeting everyone and giving you your dream hair!

Fabian attended cosmetology school at Paul Mitchell the School of Jersey Shore and graduated in 2013. Since then, he has been educated in Goldwell, L'Oreal, Global Keratin, Lasio, Kerastase, Pravana, and Pulp Riot! He specializes in balayage and foiling techniques, but offers a large variety of other color, cutting, and styling services. Hair is a passion of his and he loves sharing that passion with his clients!
