Our team is all so very talented, whatever chair you are in, we promise you’re in great hands!
We accept Cash or Card. Gratuity can be given in Cash or Venmo, cannot be left on card.
Effective immediately, we require a card on file for ALL color guests!
We encourage you to read through our salon policies:
NEW CLIENTS
A credit card is required to be kept on file to schedule a blonding/color service or treatment and will be collected at the time of your booking. Your card will never be charged unless you violate our Cancellation/No Show Policy or choose to use it for payment at your visit with us. Your appointments are very important to our Studio on Willow team. They are reserved for YOU. We understand life happens and sometimes you may have to cancel your appointment. We are just as bummed as you are. In the event that you would need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we honor a firm 24-hour notice policy.
If you are calling over the weekend, please note your Tuesday appointment must be cancelled on a Saturday or to contact via email before 24 hours.
CONFIRMATIONS
PLEASE be courteous and confirm your appointment AT LEAST 48 hours prior to your allotted time. Appointments NOT CONFIRMED will risk being charged a cancellation fee AND be considered FORFEITED!
LATE POLICY
We love the time we spend with you and want to make sure every guest gets the full, pampered experience they deserve. To keep our day running smoothly and ensure no one’s "me-time" gets cut short, we are implementing a formal 15-minute late policy.
If you are running more than 15 minutes behind, we may need to reschedule your appointment or apply a late fee to your service. We know life happens (traffic is no joke!), so just give us a heads-up if you’re running behind.
CANCELLATIONS AND NO SHOWS
Your appointments are very important to the Studio on Willow team. We reserve this time specifically for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will incur a fee of 50% of the booked service.
• Same-day cancellations and "No-shows" will be charged 100% of the service total.

REFUNDS
We do not offer refunds of any kind. What we do is an art, read adjustments below.
ADJUSTMENTS
If you are unhappy with your hair, please contact the salon directly. We will be happy to make small adjustments within 1 week of your appointment. Anything after 1 week will be subject to charge.
PRICING
Services at Studio on Willow vary depending on your stylist chosen, length of hair, thickness of hair, time required, and product used. Our services are a starting at price and can increase due to unexpected circumstances but will always be communicated to you.

SAFETY AND SPACE POLICY
At Studio on Willow, the safety of our guests and the comfort of our workspace are our top priorities. Due to limited seating and safety concerns regarding salon equipment and chemicals, we can no longer accommodate extra guests or children in the salon who are not actively receiving a service.
We know that finding childcare can be a hurdle, but for the safety of your little ones and the comfort of our other guests, we must strictly enforce this "No Plus-One" policy. We completely understand that childcare shifts happen! If you need to reschedule for this reason, we’re happy to help—just please keep our 24-hour cancellation policy in mind to avoid any fees. WIFI AVAILABLE
Yes, we have wifi. Please feel free to bring your device, tablet, or laptop with you to your appointment. We just ask that devices be used on "silent" or with headphones to ensure a relaxing experience for all.
